How It Works

Initial Consultation

We start with a free 45-minute consultation (often referred to as a Discovery Call), where we discuss your current requirement and how I can help you to achieve your goals. 

 

Services & Rates

My prices are completely transparent. The level of support you need will be agreed prior to any work taking place so you can rest assured knowing there are no unexpected invoices at the end of the month. I do understand how quickly business needs can change, so if you decide you need more or less hours, that isn’t a problem and this can be discussed. This is one of the many advantages of working with me.

Paperwork

Once you’ve decided you would like to proceed, I will email a copy of my Terms and Conditions, for you to review and sign.

Once the paperwork is agreed & signed, we can agree on a start date.

Communication

Clear communication is key when working with a Virtual Assistant, so we will agree your preferred method at the beginning. Many clients are happy to communicate via email, others prefer a phone call. You can decide on what works best for you!

We can also agree how often you would like to be updated, i.e. daily, weekly etc.

If you decide to go for a block booking, you will be kept fully up to date with how many hours you have used throughout the month, and when you are nearing the maximum amount. If more hours are needed that month, this can be discussed.

 

Invoicing

For my Pay-As-You-Go service, you will be invoiced at the end of every month. Payment is required within 7 days.

My retainer packages are invoiced for the month in advance, as you are paying to guarantee and retain my time. So you can be confident in the knowledge that you have X number of hours to use every month (this is my most popular package).
