ABOUT LEE REID

I worked as a PA and Office Manager for more than 12 years before setting up my own business as a Virtual Assistant based in Meopham, Kent, and serving clients anywhere in the UK, and beyond. Throughout my career I've supported all levels of senior management, CEOs and directors in a variety of sectors including finance, marketing and construction. This has given me a broad spectrum of skills and plenty of experience working with senior professionals with diverse needs and preferences.

I love what I do. I'm naturally highly organised, and pride myself on being self-starting, approachable and discreet. I've spent a great deal of my professional career looking at internal processes and procedures and finding ways to streamline those processes in order to reduce the admin burden. So I take great pleasure in doing just that for my clients. I am currently studying for my PRINCE2 and Agile foundation course to keep apprised of professional best practice. I’ve also been involved in planning both corporate and private hospitality events, which is something I thoroughly enjoy. I hold a Diploma in Office Management & Bookkeeping, Level 4. As well as, HR & Payroll Management for UK, Level 3.

Outside of the office, I like to spend my spare time riding or caring for my horse, Paprika. We enjoying competing at local showjumping or dressage competitions. I'm also the very proud owner of 2 male Ragdoll kittens Reggie & Ronnie Reid.

Even before 2020, remote working was becoming an increasingly important part of the mix for many businesses. A Virtual Assistant has the additional benefit of providing professional support without the financial burden of employing full time staff. As a ‘virtual pioneer’ of these services, I am well placed to help business owners and busy individuals take full advantage of the possibilities. I myself know only too well the importance of achieving the work life balance.
